Spearhead the hiring process for senior and pivotal positions, cultivating robust talent pipelines and implementing strategic attraction and selection methodologies.
Design and create comprehensive talent development programs encompassing structured learning initiatives, career progression pathways, competency-based frameworks, and innovative digital learning experiences.
Spearhead leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts by identifying and nurturing high-potential employees to ensure organizational continuity and growth.
Oversee the performance management cycle and provide guidance to managers on establishing objectives, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development.
Enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture through strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts.
Collaborate on the development of competitive compensation strategies and oversee crucial external alliances with universities, agencies, and training providers, while also spearheading employer branding initiatives.
Profile
A master’s degree in human resources management is required, along with at least six years of direct experience in talent management and learning & development.
Recruiting, talent development, coaching, and mentoring across the entire talent lifecycle represent key areas of expertise.
Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in workforce planning methodologies and HR analytics frameworks, with a solid grasp of strategic workforce optimization and data-driven decision-making processes. Demonstrates expertise in analyzing workforce metrics, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to enhance organizational efficiency and talent management strategies.
