A residential apartment located in Nairobi is in search of an experienced, dependable, and proactive Caretaker – Property to manage the daily operations and ensure the seamless functioning of the property.

The successful candidate must demonstrate practicality, responsibility, and proactivity, focusing on maintaining cleanliness, conducting maintenance follow-ups, providing tenant support, and ensuring overall property functionality.

Oversee the performance and coordination of security personnel, cleaning staff, and external service providers to ensure optimal operational efficiency and adherence to established standards.

Responsible for documenting and addressing maintenance and repair issues, ensuring timely follow-up to resolve them efficiently.

Perform minor and basic repair tasks whenever feasible to maintain optimal functionality.

Provide ongoing support to tenants by addressing their daily needs and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.

Responsible for overseeing water, electricity, waste disposal, and other utility services, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Monitor activities and ensure security protocols are followed throughout the facility.

Monitor rent payments to ensure timeliness and accuracy, while organizing and updating records to maintain clear financial documentation.

Perform routine property inspections and document any discrepancies without delay, ensuring immediate communication of findings.

Facilitate the seamless transition of tenants during their arrival and departure by managing all logistical aspects of move-ins and move-outs.
