Our client, a dynamic on-demand courier service that facilitates deliveries of products ordered via their mobile app, is seeking to hire a Partner Onboarding Agent. This individual will be tasked with supporting both existing and prospective clients in completing activations and service upgrades.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives with company-wide goals while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and profitability. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to drive cohesive decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices to maintain operational integrity and risk mitigation. Develop and nurture talent through mentorship, performance evaluations, and targeted professional development programs. Foster stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships, secure resources, and uphold the organization’s reputation in the marketplace.

Responsibilities include systematically contacting each qualified partner to provide onboarding and operational training for their store management.

We provide assistance to partners experiencing on-boarding challenges, including device malfunctions, web app-related difficulties, credential issues, and other concerns reported through all internal communication channels.

We need to verify whether any onboarding processes have been prioritized, particularly for partners who have previously initiated contact but whose onboarding has been deferred for a specified period.

Overseeing the entirety of self-onboarding and communication channels constitutes a key responsibility, ensuring seamless coordination and responsiveness across all platforms.

Facilitating the activation of stores within Salesforce and administrative systems following partner training sessions.

Menu corrections and updates are managed through Admin, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Admin oversees the implementation of changes to the menu, including corrections for errors and additions of new items, while maintaining alignment with brand standards and operational guidelines.

Responsible for transporting essential materials such as bags, stickers, tablets, or other partner-provided items to newly opened stores during onboarding training sessions. Additionally, tasked with handling any other content-specific duties as assigned.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead the development and establishment of new retail locations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of store creation, from initial planning and site selection to final execution and grand opening. Responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating lease agreements, managing construction timelines, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design, operations, and legal, to deliver high-quality, customer-centric store environments. A strong background in retail expansion, project management, and operational excellence is required, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Reviewing incoming emails to identify and assign new activation tasks as they arise.

Assigned activations require the development of comprehensive content, including store setup and menu creation tasks.

Content improvement reviews are conducted when no new activations are scheduled, ensuring that the menus of existing stores are updated to comply with current standards.

Additional ad-hoc content-related responsibilities may be assigned by Finance, Commercial, or Sales departments to enhance existing materials or address necessary amendments.
