Prepare beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, by accurately mixing, garnishing, and serving them in accordance with established recipes and individual guest preferences.
Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner while leveraging in-depth product knowledge to recommend beverages and promote premium selections.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly, initiate timely replenishment requests, and uphold proper storage protocols for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all health regulations.
Manage payments with precision, reconcile cash drawers to ensure accuracy, and provide receipts to customers as required.
Design and develop signature cocktails while collaborating on seasonal drink menu offerings to enhance the establishment’s beverage program.
Ensure strict adherence to all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and established company policies throughout all operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is required for this role. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning, along with strong communication and leadership abilities. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is expected, with a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus. Candidates should exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A qualification such as a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology is required.
Requires demonstrated expertise in bartending and mixology within a resort, restaurant, or bar setting.
Proficiency in crafting a variety of cocktail recipes, along with a deep understanding of wine, beer, and spirits, is essential.
Effective communication and the ability to interact productively with others are essential.
