Execute design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with specified objectives and standards throughout the entire development process.
Assess the clients’ objectives and project specifications to ensure alignment with their vision and needs.
Creates preliminary design concepts by producing sketches or other visual aids to effectively communicate ideas to clients.
Upon finalizing the design, conduct a comprehensive evaluation to confirm that all client objectives have been fully realized.
Collaborates closely with clients to identify and select optimal materials, furnishings, and decorative elements tailored to their vision and requirements.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in interior design, or a closely related discipline, is required for this position.
A collection showcasing a variety of design projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Demonstrated capacity to function autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
Possesses a working knowledge of computational design methodologies and applications. Has prior involvement in projects where computational design played a key role, demonstrating proficiency in relevant software and techniques.
Highly innovative and visionary, this role demands exceptional creativity, originality, and a refined eye for detail. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong artistic sensibility and meticulous precision in executing tasks.
Proven expertise in industry-standard design software platforms such as AutoCAD, Illustrator, or Ketchup is required.
