Maintain, repair, and enhance air conditioning systems and their related ventilation control systems to guarantee optimal indoor air quality and comfort levels.
Develop, refine, and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC systems with the objective of enhancing system reliability and minimizing operational downtime.
You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating HVAC work completed by external contractors or service providers to verify adherence to established quality, safety, and performance criteria.
Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping for all HVAC-related operations, encompassing maintenance timelines, service documentation, and technical schematics.
Verify that HVAC controls and automation systems are accurately calibrated and configured to optimize energy efficiency and maintain operational consistency.
Comply rigorously with all health, safety, and environmental regulations governing the handling of refrigerants, electrical systems, and mechanical components.

Proficiency in environmental and safety regulations pertinent to refrigerant handling and system maintenance is essential.
