PRIMARY PURPOSE

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in assisting the Human Resources department with document organization, digital record-keeping, and preparing HR-related communications. This position demands strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols to maintain the accuracy, accessibility, and audit readiness of employee records.

Responsible for executing a comprehensive range of duties within the role, including but not limited to strategic planning, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis. Monitor documentation for any gaps, inconsistencies, or missing entries, and ensure timely resolution through persistent follow-up until all items are fully addressed and closed.

Securely preserve and manage historical employee documentation, ensuring its integrity and accessibility over time.

Drafting and managing HR correspondence, including letters, emails, and memoranda, to ensure clear, professional, and compliant communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Maintaining accurate records of all HR-related communications, verifying adherence to company policies and legal standards, and ensuring timely distribution of documents. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Assist with the preparation of HR correspondence, encompassing various types of letters, such as employment verification, offer letters, and termination notices, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while maintaining professional tone and accuracy.

Employment agreements establish the terms and conditions governing the working relationship between an employer and an employee. These legally binding documents outline key details such as job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working hours, and termination clauses. They serve to protect the rights of both parties while ensuring clarity on expectations, performance standards, and any applicable policies or procedures. Typically, employment contracts are tailored to reflect the specific role, industry regulations, and local labor laws to maintain compliance and mitigate potential disputes.
