Bill patients for the hospital’s medical services using a variety of payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Professionals in this role will electronically submit patients’ records to the appropriate insurance providers and make follow-up calls to ensure timely approval of medical billing payments.

We provide patients with guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to ensure seamless access to hospital services.

Reschedule and coordinate patient follow-up appointments at the hospital, ensuring timely communication and confirmation with each individual.

Daily collections of bank funds and checks are processed and subsequently forwarded to the senior cashier, accompanied by the relevant receipts.

Compile and deliver daily payment summary reports to the senior cashier promptly.

Responsible for collecting and forwarding all medical invoices to the assistant accountant for distribution.

Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities as determined by the supervisor from time to time.
