Accurately receive, verify, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered under insurance schemes—into the system.

We process patient billing for hospital services through various payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Scan patients’ records and transmit them to the appropriate insurance providers, then follow up with calls to ensure timely approval of medical bill payments.

Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills, enabling them to utilize hospital services without interruption.

Schedule follow-up appointments for patients at the hospital and ensure they are duly notified of the confirmed dates and times.

Daily collections of bank funds and checks are processed and subsequently delivered to the senior cashier along with corresponding receipts.

Upon receipt, forward all medical invoices to the assistant accountant for processing and distribution.

The role may entail additional duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor on an ongoing basis.

Seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
