Compiles and submits Mesa Payment Vouchers for authorization and subsequent processing.
Provides assistance to the finance team in managing document filing and archiving procedures, ensuring the secure preservation of financial records and facilitating efficient retrieval when needed.
Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheets (PLACES), maintaining precise charge code accuracy.
Assists in performing monthly bank reconciliation procedures to ensure financial accuracy and alignment between internal records and bank statements.
Responsibilities include facilitating the monthly payroll statutory deductions’ remittance to regulatory authorities.
Compiles the General Ledger and Cash Offline Spreadsheet for subsequent entry into the financial system.
Ensure finance documents are promptly archived in the Document Management System (DMS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Conducts weekly reconciliations of individual accounts or balance sheet accounts, compiling detailed schedules for submission to the Finance Officer for review.
