Ensures the safe operation of vehicles to transport authorized personnel as required.
Responsibilities include the collection and delivery of mail, documents, and other items to designated destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
Provides assistance to arriving personnel at the airport, guiding them through all necessary immigration and customs procedures as mandated.
Responsible for the regular upkeep of assigned vehicles, including monitoring fluid levels such as oil, water, and battery, as well as inspecting brakes and tires. Additionally, performs minor repairs independently and coordinates more extensive repairs as needed, while ensuring all vehicles remain in optimal condition and are consistently maintained in a clean state.
Maintains accurate records of official travel, including daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication services, and other related activities.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory protocols and procedural steps in the event of an accident.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, compiling findings into presentations and reports to facilitate information sharing, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Education
