Develops proposals by conducting thorough research, analyzing data, and aligning content with organizational goals and client requirements. Assist in organizing materials and logistics for the monthly Award and Partner review meetings, document key action items discussed during the sessions, and distribute the compiled notes without delay.

Assist in performing comprehensive evaluations of potential and existing partners to ensure compliance with organizational standards and mitigate associated risks.

Assist with the drafting and finalization of partner agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are accurately documented and legally compliant.

Assist in the compilation and verification of partner remittances, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established financial protocols.

Assist in organizing and executing partner monitoring visits to ensure comprehensive oversight and assessment of collaborative initiatives.

Ensure award kickoff and close-out meetings are scheduled promptly and coordinated effectively with all relevant functions.

Assist in managing the income and funding trackers while providing the team with weekly status updates.

Assist in updating the close-out backlog tracker and conduct consistent follow-ups with the relevant teams to verify the completion of outstanding Statements of Fulfillment (Sons).

Provide assistance to the Awards Assistant in maintaining and distributing the partner reporting tracker while ensuring timely updates to the Awards Management System (AMS).

The position entails providing assistance to the Awards Assistant in dispatching punctual calendar invitations for award-related meetings.

Assist in implementing action items from award meetings, ensuring they are reviewed and distributed promptly.

Provide monthly management information derived from AMS, compiling key data on awards in the pipeline, active awards, amendments in progress, high-risk awards, and closed awards. Present these insights to the team through a structured portfolio analysis report to facilitate informed decision-making.

Ensure the accurate maintenance and up-to-date status of the AMS while meticulously recording the audit trail for all awards and sub-awards.

Ensures adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies governing donor contributions, including tracking, reporting, and documenting all transactions in accordance with established procedures. Verifies the accuracy and completeness of donor records, including gift agreements, acknowledgments, and tax receipts, while maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards. Collaborates with finance, legal, and development teams to reconcile discrepancies, resolve compliance issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stays informed of evolving regulations, tax laws, and best practices to proactively mitigate risks and optimize donor engagement strategies.

Ensure donor compliance by clearly communicating and enforcing requirements, including reporting deadlines, implementation periods, amendment timing and procedures, audit protocols, and SCI award management policies.
