Depending on the scope of delegated authority and the specific location, a Driver at this level may perform the following duties:
Safely operates vehicles to transport authorized personnel as required.
Responsible for gathering and transporting mail, documents, and other materials as assigned.
Ensures seamless coordination with designated personnel upon arrival, managing all immigration and customs procedures as mandated by official protocols.
Responsible for the routine upkeep and inspection of assigned vehicles, including monitoring oil levels, coolant, battery function, brake performance, tires, and other essential components. Conducts minor repairs independently and coordinates with external service providers for more complex repairs to ensure the vehicle remains in optimal working condition. Additionally, maintains vehicle cleanliness through regular cleaning and detailing.
Maintains detailed records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel usage, oil changes, lubrication services, and other vehicle-related activities.
Ensures all necessary procedures mandated by applicable rules and regulations are properly executed in the event of an accident.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, compiling findings into clear presentations and reports to facilitate information dissemination, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Supports the creation and maintenance of visual representations and updates informational content, including websites and brochures.
Handles additional responsibilities and tasks as designated by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational needs.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as education, teaching, or a specialized subject area.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory qualification for this position.
