A Driver at this level may perform the following duties within the scope of their delegated authority and based on the specific location.
Operates company vehicles with strict adherence to safety protocols while transporting authorized personnel.
Responsibilities include the receipt, collection, and timely distribution of mail, documents, and other parcels to designated recipients.
Arranges for the reception of official personnel upon their arrival at the airport and ensures the completion of all necessary immigration and customs procedures.
Responsible for the ongoing upkeep of assigned vehicles, which includes monitoring and replenishing oil, coolant, battery fluid, and brake levels, as well as inspecting tires. Conducts minor repairs independently and coordinates with service providers for additional repairs, ensuring all vehicles remain in optimal condition. Maintains cleanliness and overall presentation of each vehicle to company standards.
Maintains accurate records of official trips, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication services, and other related maintenance activities.
Ensures adherence to prescribed procedures and regulatory requirements following any incident or accident involvement.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, compiling it into clear presentations and reports to facilitate information sharing, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Provides support in developing visual representations and maintaining informational content, including web pages and brochures.
Assumes additional responsibilities as required, ensuring comprehensive task completion in alignment with organizational needs.
Education
A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary for consideration.
