Job Summary

We are in search of a dependable, detail-oriented, and client-centered Cashier/Receptionist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage front office duties, greet clients and visitors, process transactions, generate receipts, organize records, and deliver administrative assistance to facilitate seamless daily functions.

Oversee and manage key operational and strategic tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards. Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve departmental and company-wide goals. Conduct regular assessments and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and risk mitigation. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and actionable insights to support informed decision-making.

Extend a courteous and professional greeting to clients, visitors, and tenants upon their arrival.

Process payments via cash, Mesa, bank transfers, and other methods with precision and attention to detail.

Prepare and distribute official receipts while ensuring accurate and up-to-date payment records are maintained.

Oversee the petty cash fund and perform daily reconciliations of cash transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Handle incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Organize and manage the front office filing systems and records to ensure accuracy and efficient retrieval.

Provide support in coordinating appointments and meetings as needed.

Compile reports and provide assistance with administrative duties as directed.

Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly condition at all times.

Facilitate seamless interactions among clients, tenants, suppliers, and management to ensure clear and consistent communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
