Provide support to the Butchery Chef de Partie by executing daily preparation tasks involving meat, poultry, and seafood.

Inspect and accept incoming meat products, ensuring strict adherence to quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations before securely storing them in designated facilities.

Ensure meat products are handled, trimmed, portioned, deboned, and cut in strict accordance with established specifications to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Prepare various meat cuts, craft marinades, and organize mile en place for multiple hotel outlets and banqueting services.

Facilitate the assembly and organization of supplies for various dining services, including establishments, in-room dining, special events, and high-capacity gatherings.

Ensure accurate labeling, proper dating, and adherence to storage rotation protocols by applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.

Ensure all butchery equipment, tools, and work areas are cleaned and sanitized in strict adherence to HACCP standards.

Efficient product utilization and strict adherence to portion control guidelines are essential to minimize wastage.

Support stock counts, conduct inventory checks, and document any shortages or quality concerns as needed.

Maintain strict adherence to temperature control protocols for both chilled and frozen inventory.

Uphold stringent personal hygiene and grooming standards as mandated by hotel policies to ensure a professional and welcoming appearance at all times.

Maintain adherence to all applicable food safety, health, and safety regulations to ensure full compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is necessary, with a focus on full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable. Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory for this role.

A relevant qualification in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a closely related field is required.
