Provide support to the Butchery Chef de Partie in executing daily meat, poultry, and seafood preparation duties.

Receive, inspect, and store meat products in strict adherence to established quality, hygiene, and food safety protocols.

Ensure that meat products are handled, trimmed, portioned, deboned, and cut in strict accordance with specified standards and requirements.
