We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Till & Cash Management: Perform daily reconciliation of Point of Sale (POS) collections against system-generated reports, promptly addressing any discrepancies, such as cashier shortages or overages, to ensure accuracy and accountability in financial records.

Process a substantial volume of vendor invoices from suppliers—including those in the fast-moving consumer goods and fresh produce sectors—and ensure alignment with supplier statements to facilitate prompt payments.

Conduct periodic inventory counts and analyze discrepancies to support store stock management.

Oversee branch petty cash disbursements and ensure meticulous, current record-keeping for all financial transactions.

Compliance: Support the compilation and submission of mandatory statutory returns, including those for the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and National Hospital Insurance Fund (NAIF).

Maintain a meticulously structured physical and digital filing system to ensure immediate and efficient access to records when required for audits.

We seek a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team, requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field.
