Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR teams to manage uniform inventory and ensure adherence to established requirements.
Provide guests with prompt minor garment alterations or emergency repairs as needed.
Accurately document all uniform issuances, alterations, and repairs in detailed records to ensure compliance and tracking.
Maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate unwavering professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with web development frameworks like React or Angular. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are required. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning are also important for this role.
Minimum 2–3 years of tailoring experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury settings, is required.
Proficient in performing alterations, conducting precise fittings, and operating industrial sewing machinery with expertise.
