We are in search of a meticulous SAP Procurement Specialist to assist global users with SAP S/4HANA (MM). In this pivotal position, you will ensure the seamless operation of procurement processes by addressing inquiries, upholding data integrity, and facilitating system workflows, user access, and vendor oversight.

Oversee key operational duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and performance optimization to drive organizational success. Monitor progress through established KPIs, providing data-driven insights to senior management to inform decision-making. Deliver first-level assistance for SAP procurement-related inquiries and transactional challenges, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, material receipts, and goods receipt/invoice receipt discrepancies.
Oversee and ensure the integrity of approval workflows, hierarchies, and procurement data throughout their lifecycle.
Oversee the administration of SAP user access, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance standards.
Maintain and update vendor master data with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide assistance with reporting, data analysis, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
Conduct user training sessions and engage with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer.

International or NGO experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on roles in humanitarian aid, development, or similar fields. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of global challenges, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex operational environments. Familiarity with donor reporting, program management, and stakeholder engagement is essential, as is the capacity to work under pressure in high-stakes situations. Proficiency in multiple languages and cross-cultural communication skills are highly valued.
