The Coast Region E-Commerce Operations Associate oversees fulfillment teams to guarantee precise, streamlined, and punctual processing of online orders. This role involves managing inventory control, coordinating workflows, driving performance metrics, and upholding operational, quality, and safety compliance standards.

ROLE PROFILE

Oversee and manage team leaders and fulfillment personnel to maintain seamless daily e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities include managing the entire order fulfillment cycle, from initial picking and packaging through accurate labeling to final dispatch, ensuring seamless operations at each stage.

Monitor team performance and productivity by evaluating them against established KPIs, including pick rate, on-time handover, and delivery accuracy.

Facilitate seamless collaboration between store operations, logistics, and customer service teams to guarantee punctual order fulfillment.

Ensure adherence to established operational procedures, safety standards, and quality control requirements.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and assistance to team leaders and staff to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.

Compile operational reports and promptly escalate any issues concerning delays, stock discrepancies, or system malfunctions to senior management for resolution.

Ensure precise delivery quantities by conducting QC audits in accordance with the loss prevention team’s established controls.

The position demands expertise in a relevant field, with a minimum of five years of professional experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance with industry regulations is essential.

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of two to four years of hands-on experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse management, or retail operations.

Demonstrates a track record of effective supervision or team leadership, capable of directing frontline teams in environments characterized by high operational volume.

Possesses a comprehensive grasp of inventory management best practices, stock control methodologies, and warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.

Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to assess performance data and extract meaningful operational insights.

Demonstrated expertise in leading teams, fostering clear communication, and effectively coordinating stakeholders across operations, logistics, and customer service functions is essential.
