Senior Product Managers at this level function as primary “Owners,” demonstrating a high level of expertise. They oversee the success of designated personas and typically oversee up to three country or global division partnerships. Operating with autonomy and minimal supervision, they proactively identify precise customer requirements and translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes.

Oversee a wide range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Execute key initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to drive productivity and innovation. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and resolving interdepartmental conflicts to maintain seamless workflow. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while managing budgets, allocating resources, and mitigating risks. Discovery & User Insight: You will spearhead discovery initiatives for designated user personas, uncovering nuanced edge cases and distilling ambiguous user challenges into well-defined technical requirements and actionable tickets.

Strategy & Business Value (SRO): Independently interprets Business Value Metrics (BVMs) to quantify Social Return on Investment (SRO) for feature initiatives. Clearly articulates the rationale for feature development by leveraging fundamental data insights.

Data Fluency: Establishes measurable success indicators (KPIs) to evaluate feature performance. Leverages analytics and data-driven insights to identify performance gaps and enhance user conversion pathways.

Validation and Prototyping: To ensure effective solution validation, the role identifies and employs suitable prototyping techniques, such as Figma or paper-based prototypes, as required. The position rigorously scopes features to align strictly with Minimum Viable Product (MVP) criteria, thereby reducing unnecessary expenditures while optimizing the acquisition of critical insights.

Collaborates with Engineering to synchronize feature scope and available capacity, fostering alignment throughout development. Anticipates and mitigates potential dependencies with external stakeholders, proactively addressing risks to uphold project timelines and ensure seamless execution.

Technical System Design: Demonstrates a robust grasp of the relevant technology stack associated with their features. Provides constructive input on engineering estimates and complexity evaluations.
