Facilitate essential rituals when required to exemplify and reinforce organizational culture.

Swiftly detect and address any classroom or school culture and behavior concerns to foster an optimal environment for instructional excellence and student learning.

Conduct educational programs tailored for parents and other external stakeholders to enhance their understanding and involvement.

Maintain contact with the Teacher Lesson Design team to obtain and address teachers’ feedback regarding lesson plans.

Collaborate with the Operations Associate to ensure the availability of learning materials and teaching resources.

In collaboration with the Dean of Instruction and Learning, we provide comprehensive support and opportunities for professional growth.

Act as the primary decision-maker in the recruitment and selection process for instructional staff positions.

Experienced professionals will provide structured guidance to educators by conducting thorough observations, delivering detailed feedback, and facilitating comprehensive school walkthroughs.

Oversee the implementation of professional development programs and initiatives throughout the school.

Promote cohesive teamwork and communication among educators across various grade levels and subject disciplines to enhance instructional alignment and consistency.

Collect, interpret, analyze, and disseminate internal and external school assessment data while leveraging insights strategically to enhance student academic outcomes and drive continuous improvement in instructional practices.

The role entails managing the development, implementation, and evaluation of intervention programs tailored to address the distinct academic needs of diverse student subgroups, ranging from remedial support to enrichment initiatives.

Collaborate effectively with the Dean of Instruction and Learning alongside Senior Resident Teachers to design and deliver structured, engaging professional development sessions.

Collaborate closely with the Dean of Instruction and Learning to coordinate and schedule academic school events effectively.

ABOUT YOU

Required qualifications and skills include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively engage with stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning. Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is advantageous.

You must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and hold valid TSC certification.

A master’s degree in education or education management is strongly preferred.

You are required to have a minimum of three years of experience in a demanding, high-performance educational environment, with at least one position involving instructional leadership, such as serving as a department chair, grade-level lead, or teacher coach.

You have established a strong reputation as an exceptional educator, demonstrating expertise in delivering high-impact, inquiry-driven instruction that sets a benchmark for excellence in teaching.
