Rivet Software & Systems LTD is currently in pursuit of a proactive and technically adept POS & ERP Software Training / Sales Executive to enhance our growing team.

The successful applicant must exhibit strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software presentations, and sales. Responsibilities include educating clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Oversee a comprehensive range of operational and strategic duties, including but not limited to team leadership, project execution, and performance monitoring, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards. Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all relevant functions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and risk mitigation. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development support to team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports to track progress, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols while maintaining a customer-centric approach in all operational activities.

Deliver compelling software demonstrations, deliver engaging presentations, and provide thorough product walkthroughs to showcase features and functionalities effectively.

Assist with the deployment of software solutions and facilitate the integration of new users into systems, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Provide clients with guidance on installation, resolve technical issues, and deliver user assistance.

Develop and nurture enduring, high-value connections with customers to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct on-site visits to client locations to deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance as needed.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by relevant certifications. A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, preferably within the technology sector, is mandatory. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with expertise in database management systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is also essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required for this position.

Professionals with a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related business discipline are sought for this role.
