Rivet Software & Systems LTD is in search of a proactive and technologically adept POS & ERP Software Training and Sales Executive to enhance our growing team.

The perfect candidate will exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer training, software presentations, and sales. Responsibilities include instructing clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with implementations, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Oversee the full scope of daily operations, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and efficiency while adhering to established policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity across departments. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive performance improvements, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term organizational goals. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement by empowering team members and encouraging professional growth. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure financial accountability and optimal utilization of assets. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal governance to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating transparent communication and aligning operational activities with strategic priorities.

Our responsibility involves educating clients on the operational use of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions.

Deliver engaging software demonstrations, deliver impactful presentations, and lead thorough product walkthroughs to effectively showcase technical solutions to prospective clients.

Assist in deploying software solutions and facilitating the integration of new users through structured onboarding initiatives.

Provide clients with comprehensive assistance for system configuration, technical issue resolution, and ongoing user support to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.

Conduct on-site visits to client locations to deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and strong analytical abilities are essential. Applicants should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs is highly valued. Prior experience in project management or leadership roles is a plus.

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required, with a strong emphasis on educational qualifications in these fields.
