Oversee the execution of core duties, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Manage daily operations to support organizational objectives, addressing any challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and achieve shared goals, leveraging collective expertise to drive performance. Monitor progress through established metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain open communication channels to ensure transparency and accountability across all levels of the organization.
Serve as the primary liaison for essential account stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
Establish and nurture trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners to foster collaboration and alignment throughout engagements.
Develop and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business—or commensurate professional experience—is required.
Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field.
Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, among other applications, is required.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.
