Responsibilities include educating clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with system implementations, and contributing to customer base expansion.
Oversee the full spectrum of core duties, encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance productivity across teams. We provide comprehensive training to customers on the utilization of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, ensuring they gain proficiency in navigating and leveraging these essential tools effectively.
Execute software demonstrations, deliver presentations, and facilitate product walkthroughs to showcase features and functionalities effectively.
Facilitate the deployment and integration of software solutions, in addition to overseeing the onboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for new users.
Provide clients with guidance on setup procedures, resolve technical issues as they arise, and deliver timely assistance to address user inquiries.
Cultivate and sustain robust connections with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct on-site visits at client locations to deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required for this role.
A degree or relevant expertise in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline is required for this role.
Proven enthusiasm for technology and software solutions, coupled with a passion for sales and customer training initiatives.
Effective articulation and the ability to deliver compelling presentations are essential for this role.
