Skills and Qualifications required:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate at least three years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with web frameworks, databases, and cloud services is highly desirable. Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are crucial. Additionally, prior experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
TSC certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a P1 Diploma are required for this position.
