We are a rapidly expanding supermarket and wholesale enterprise situated in Nakuru’s Central Business District. We are in need of a skilled, self-disciplined, and consistently dependable Personal Driver to handle transportation duties.

Oversee and execute critical tasks including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational excellence. Facilitate team collaboration and communication to align efforts with organizational goals. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to foster trust and ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership, summarizing progress, challenges, and actionable recommendations. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all activities.

A personal driver provides professional transportation services while upholding strict confidentiality regarding discussions and travel details. Punctuality is paramount, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to scheduled timelines.

Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, personal grooming, and vehicle upkeep is essential.

The role involves routine vehicle maintenance, fueling, conducting inspections, and managing insurance requirements. Adaptability is crucial in handling emergencies promptly and effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related role is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with databases and familiarity with version control systems such as Git is also required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team are crucial. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English are mandatory.

Experienced personal drivers need to demonstrate at least five years of professional driving experience.

Applicants are required to furnish authentic reference documents from former employers for verification purposes.

You must hold a valid driver’s license and a current eye test certificate.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws.

Capable of meeting physical demands and comfortable with extensive travel requirements.

Handle urgent matters and adapt to emergency situations promptly as needed.

Obtained a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) credential.
