Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met. Manage cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and maintain alignment with company goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate transparent communication and decision-making. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal guidelines while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Facilitate comprehensive data collection initiatives in alignment with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks across all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

To maintain data accuracy and integrity, enabling precise monitoring and evaluation of institutional strategic objectives.

Support the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Assist with the enhancement of the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and convey the status of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from gathered data, while monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.

Transform the interpretation and communication of quantitative and qualitative data findings into coherent, impactful narratives across all programs, projects, and operational functions to ensure clarity.

Execute all additional duties as directed on an ongoing basis.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with databases and cloud services. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.

A master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Adept at analytical reasoning with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specialized data analysis tools, and the crafting of insightful reports.

Proficient in both verbal and written communication with exceptional clarity and effectiveness.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and adeptness at prioritizing and executing varied responsibilities concurrently.

Proficiency with an ERP system for managing M&E data is advantageous.

Dedication to upholding and advancing the core principles and objectives of AFI DEP is essential to this role.
