Oversee the full annual performance management process, which encompasses establishing objectives, conducting mid-year assessments, and completing end-of-year evaluations.
Oversee the development and execution of organization-wide initiatives to establish and maintain performance management and improvement programs, leveraging a data-driven methodology to align priorities with current strategic directives.
Design, implement, and oversee leadership development, employee training, and talent management strategies to identify and bridge performance gaps stemming from knowledge and capacity deficiencies among staff while enhancing talent acquisition, retention, and career progression initiatives.
Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to line managers and staff to ensure the successful attainment of performance improvement plan (PIP) objectives.
Foster a high-performing organizational culture by implementing robust goal-setting frameworks, conducting thorough performance evaluations, and establishing equitable pay-for-performance programs.
Maintain uniformity, equity, and clarity in performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
