The position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Team Leader specializing in Parts Retail Sales, located in Nairobi. This role requires overseeing retail parts sales operations, managing customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service. Key responsibilities involve leading the sales team, meeting sales targets, evaluating market trends, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the position entails addressing client inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and partnering with leadership to foster business expansion.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance is essential, as is strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial software is preferred. The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams is critical.

A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in automotive after-sales operations, you should demonstrate a strong and verifiable track record in sales performance.
