Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to facilitate funding mobilization and execute strategic resource acquisition initiatives by engaging in key activities that secure and sustain revenue streams. This includes fostering relationships with current and prospective funders, as well as uncovering new funding avenues, such as crafting persuasive fundraising proposals that effectively articulate the foundation’s objectives and financial requirements to potential donors. The contributions of this position are instrumental in cultivating a robust pipeline of supporters, ensuring the long-term viability of the foundation.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Development Studies, or a comparable discipline is required.
With a minimum of six years of hands-on experience in fundraising or resource mobilization, you bring a wealth of expertise to the role.
Accomplished in crafting compelling grant proposals, fostering meaningful donor relationships, and spearheading impactful fundraising initiatives with precision and creativity.
