About the Opportunity:

This position offers a performance-driven collaborative opportunity for professionals who take satisfaction in facilitating access to educational programs and guiding prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Spearhead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential risks to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage stakeholder relationships to align objectives, address concerns, and foster collaborative partnerships. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress and drive continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry best practices in all operational activities.

Create awareness about RVIBS programs

Prospectively identify and establish engagement with potential learners to foster interest and encourage participation in educational opportunities.

Provide personalized assistance and mentorship to students navigating the admissions process, ensuring they understand and meet all necessary requirements and deadlines.

Support efforts to boost student enrollment rates by implementing strategic initiatives and outreach programs.
