Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of three years of professional experience in software development, with at least one year in a leadership or mentorship role. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
