This entry-level program caters to candidates with less than two years of experience in security monitoring or related domains, aiming to develop a career in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee a comprehensive range of essential duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational oversight, to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Lead cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration among departments, and delegate responsibilities as needed to maximize productivity and innovation. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and service delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining strong relationships to uphold company reputation and trust. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and quality standards while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
Operate and maintain CCTV surveillance systems to safeguard premises, ensuring ongoing safety and security. Monitor camera feeds diligently while documenting and reporting any incidents with precision and urgency.
Facilitate the Security team’s day-to-day activities and ensure adherence to compliance protocols while safeguarding sensitive information and upholding corporate policies.

Compensation
The monthly net salary for this position is KES 15,000.
