Manage the daily operations of all designated food and beverage outlets to guarantee seamless and efficient service delivery.
Seasoned professionals will mentor and cultivate outlet managers, supervisors, and service teams, fostering an environment of operational excellence through strategic leadership and development initiatives.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by proactively interacting with visitors, addressing service concerns promptly, and implementing ongoing enhancements to elevate satisfaction levels.
Monitor labor expenditures, workforce productivity, and departmental costs to ensure alignment with established budgetary goals.
Elevate beverage and food revenue by strategically implementing upselling techniques, targeted promotions, and creative guest engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to established company standards, HACCP guidelines, applicable health and safety regulations, and rigorous hygiene protocols.
Work in close partnership with the Culinary, Stewarding, Purchasing, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment.
Examine outlet performance metrics, customer feedback, and financial outcomes to uncover potential areas for enhancement and strategic development.
Provide assistance for unique events, specialized dining experiences, and comprehensive food and beverage programs across the resort.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role within an international hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
Proven ability to lead teams and foster professional growth among team members.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing numerous locations while maintaining efficient, high-capacity operations.
Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of financial controls, budgeting, and cost management principles.
Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), food safety protocols, and quality assurance standards is essential.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and hotel management software is required.
