The incumbent will conduct comprehensive data analytics and deliver market intelligence reports, focusing on sales performance. Responsibilities include compiling and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with precision. Additionally, the role involves generating reliable sales forecasts and demand projections to aid supply chain optimization. The position also requires monitoring and disseminating market intelligence, covering competitor activities, product performance, emerging customer trends, and pricing fluctuations.
Key Account and Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring partnerships with major supermarket chains, convenience stores, metro-marts, distributors, and pivotal decision-makers to foster mutual growth and trust. Engage in strategic negotiations to secure advantageous trading terms, secure product listings, optimize pricing structures, enhance shelf placements, coordinate promotional initiatives, and establish visibility agreements.
Develop and execute customized account plans and promotional initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders to negotiate mutually beneficial joint business plans, and ensure their successful implementation.
Seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in [specific industry or role].
