Requirements encompass a degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Compton Network+) and practical experience in system administration. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in network monitoring tools are essential for success in this role.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required.
With at least seven years of hands-on IT management experience in fast-paced settings, you bring a proven track record of leading teams and driving technological excellence.
A robust expertise in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure is required.
Professional certifications, such as CCNA, GCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, or Security+, would be considered beneficial.
Proficiency in PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP systems is strongly preferred.
