Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of our client in the chemical construction industry, is seeking an experienced Operations & Quality Control Manager to oversee quality assurance, operational performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong technical expertise in quality management systems, manufacturing operations, laboratory testing, and team leadership.
Gross Salary:
KES 350,000
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing Operations
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management position
Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Strong understanding of construction chemicals, paints, coatings, adhesives, cementitious products, or related industries
