Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in front office operations, ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, you bring a strong foundation in guest service excellence and operational efficiency.

Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships.

Proven expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.

Proven expertise in utilizing hotel management systems, including Opera PMS or comparable software platforms, is required.

Demonstrates strong resilience and adaptability in high-pressure environments while efficiently juggling competing priorities and deadlines.

Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor and demonstrating meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for this role.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
