Must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write efficient, clean code are essential. Experience with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is also required.

Candidates are expected to satisfy at least five of the following criteria:

Requires a background in handling voice-based customer interactions within a call center or business process outsourcing environment.

Proficient in both verbal and written English communication, with a keen sense of empathy and the capacity to accurately interpret and address customer needs.

Proven proficiency in leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to streamline business processes, enhance customer interactions, and drive sales efficiency is required. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is strongly preferred. The ability to analyze customer data, track sales pipelines, and generate actionable insights from CRM reports is essential. Strong attention to detail and the capacity to maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records are necessary for success in this role.

Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues is essential, with a strong emphasis on analytical problem-solving and systematic troubleshooting methodologies. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience in identifying root causes of technical challenges and implementing effective solutions to restore system functionality.
