Key duties involve overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints while delivering high-quality results. Facilitate comprehensive data collection initiatives in support of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities spanning all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.

Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and assessment of the institution’s strategic goals.

Assist with the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and functional departments.

Provide support in maintaining the Reporting Matrix current by documenting and tracking the advancements of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Assist in compiling and preparing reports derived from gathered data, while monitoring the advancement and effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic goals.

Ensure the articulation of outcomes and impacts from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions is clear, logical, and compelling.

Execute any additional duties that may be assigned periodically as required.

Seeking a professional with a proven track record in project management, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Must demonstrate expertise in data analysis, proficiency in relevant software tools, and a minimum of five years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, ensuring deliverable quality, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout all phases of development.

A Master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related field is required.

Analytical capabilities of a high standard, along with expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report generation, are essential.

Possesses outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written communication.

Proven capability to perform autonomously while handling a diverse array of concurrent responsibilities.

Proficiency in utilizing an ERP System specifically for managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) data is considered a plus.

Demonstrates a strong alignment with and dedication to the guiding principles and overarching objectives of AFI DEP, fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and impact in all professional endeavors.
