What You’ll Do
Coordinating the seamless transfer of vehicles and mobility assets between original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), warehouses, dealerships, and retail locations entails managing inbound and outbound logistics while ensuring accurate number plate transfers and reconciliations.
We prioritize the execution of delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns, ensuring these operations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining cost efficiency throughout the distribution process.
The role involves supervising and managing corporate taxi services, which encompass Little Cab operations, airport transfers, vehicle rental arrangements, and payments to affiliated vendors.
Responsible for monitoring and balancing daily inventory fluctuations as well as facilitating monthly stock audits and reconciliation procedures.
Monitoring the utilization of corporate cabs and staff transportation services, while also facilitating fleet maintenance coordination, swap reconciliations, and tracking vehicle availability.
Promptly report any accidents, incidents, or equipment breakdowns, ensuring immediate follow-up actions are taken as directed to sustain optimal fleet operational readiness.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams, you will facilitate prompt order fulfillment while promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents.
Compiling and filing logistics documentation such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documents, and expense support materials is required.
Ensuring full adherence of all logistics operations to established transport, fleet, and safety policies, with a focus on confirming that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess current licenses, insurance coverage, and all required statutory documentation prior to deployment.
Facilitates the preparation and execution of incident reports, audits, and compliance evaluations by ensuring meticulous and current documentation.
A proven track record and deep proficiency in the specified domain are essential for this role. Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of key concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices relevant to the position. Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to deliver high-quality solutions are required. Prior experience in similar environments or projects is highly desirable, along with the ability to adapt to evolving challenges and priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills are also necessary to engage with stakeholders and contribute to team objectives.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience—is required.
Seeking candidates with two to three years of practical experience in logistics, distribution, or transport operations to fulfill this role effectively.
Proficient in Excel and reporting, with meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
Effective communication and collaborative capabilities are essential, along with the proficiency to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Demonstrates adaptability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as required by operational demands.
A valuable asset for this role would be previous experience collaborating with transportation vendors or drivers, as well as familiarity with inventory transfers and logistics documentation.
