What You’ll Do
Overseeing the logistical flow of vehicles and mobility assets between original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), warehouses, dealerships, and retail locations—including the transfer and reconciliation of registration plates—is a core responsibility.
Delivering shipments according to planned schedules, coordinating interbranch transfers, and managing asset returns are key responsibilities, all while prioritizing punctuality and cost-effective distribution methods.
This role involves supervising and managing corporate taxi services, such as Little Cab operations, airport transportation, vehicle rental arrangements, and processing related vendor payments.
Monitor stock movements on a daily basis and assist with monthly stock audits and reconciliation procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with inventory records.
Responsibilities include overseeing corporate cab and staff transport utilization, facilitating fleet maintenance coordination, managing swap reconciliations, and tracking vehicle availability to ensure operational efficiency.
Promptly reporting accidents, incidents, or breakdowns and adhering to follow-up procedures is essential to sustaining fleet uptime.
To facilitate seamless collaboration, this role involves coordinating with Sales, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, Finance, and technical teams to guarantee prompt order fulfillment while promptly notifying relevant stakeholders of any delays, damages, or incidents.
Compiling and filing essential logistics paperwork such as delivery notes, waybills, fuel records, repair documentation, and expense substantiation materials forms a key part of this role.
To guarantee adherence to approved transport, fleet, and safety policies, all logistics operations must be meticulously reviewed—specifically, confirming that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess valid licenses, insurance coverage, and necessary statutory documentation prior to deployment.
Maintaining precise and current records is essential to facilitate incident reporting, audits, and compliance reviews. This role requires diligent oversight to ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
