What You’ll Do
Deliver outstanding client service by serving as the primary contact for inquiries and updates.
Oversee a substantial caseload with meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication to accuracy.
Daily, you will engage with the RingCentral platform and the Case case management system to perform essential tasks.
Review and process pending medical records and billing requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with established protocols.
Contact healthcare institutions through phone calls or written correspondence to establish and maintain professional relationships.
Analyze and derive meaning from previously submitted medical documentation.
Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with providers, including the date, time, nature of the communication, and key details discussed or agreed upon. Ensure these notes are accurately documented and promptly updated in the relevant systems to support continuity of care and compliance with organizational policies.
Establish and maintain follow-up schedules while promptly escalating unresolved issues to the designated paralegals for further action.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic records while ensuring all cases advance through the workflow without unnecessary delays.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational abilities. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additional qualifications include familiarity with project management software and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in managing medical records within legal or healthcare environments is required.
Skilled in utilizing RingCentral and Case (or comparable platforms) proficiently.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage high call volumes efficiently are essential.
Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication is required.
