Job Purpose
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and quality production while adhering to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery with efficiency and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring optimal performance while mitigating risks in the operational environment.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production processes
Perform systematic machine inspections and carry out essential upkeep tasks to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues.
Identify and report machine faults or operational issues promptly
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area
Minimize machine downtime and wastage during production
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience operating an Amenduni machine will be an added advantage
Technical knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
