Ensures the secure and efficient transportation of authorized personnel by operating vehicles with the utmost attention to safety and compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities include gathering and transporting mail, documents, and other materials to designated locations.
Accommodates official personnel upon arrival at the airport, ensuring seamless navigation through immigration and customs procedures as mandated.
Responsible for the daily upkeep of assigned vehicles, including routine inspections of oil, coolant, battery, brakes, tires, and other critical components; executes minor repairs as needed, coordinates larger repair services, and maintains overall vehicle cleanliness.
Maintains accurate records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication services, and other related maintenance activities.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory protocols and procedural steps in the event of an accident.
Assists with gathering and evaluating data, as well as compiling data presentations and reports facilitating information sharing, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Assists in creating and enhancing visual representations and updating various informational resources, including websites and brochures.
