To achieve daily and monthly sales targets, you will consistently meet or exceed established performance metrics. This involves hitting individual sales quotas set by the organization and ensuring regular progress toward financial objectives. Your role requires a proactive approach to driving revenue and maintaining productivity standards through disciplined effort and strategic execution.
Perform product demonstrations, execute precise shade matching, and conduct brief skin consultations.
Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring the store remains clean and well-organized. Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain tester products in pristine condition.
Track inventory levels, assist in conducting stock counts, and process requisitions to maintain optimal supply levels.
Prepare and submit daily sales and closing reports promptly to ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and performance metrics.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events and brand activations to enhance customer engagement and drive brand awareness. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution, manage logistics, and maintain alignment with brand guidelines. Provide on-site support during events, addressing attendee inquiries and facilitating positive brand interactions.
