Position Overview

The Resort Supervisor oversees daily operations in guest services, food & beverage, and recreational facilities, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination. This position maintains elevated service standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain meticulous records, report progress, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a liaison to senior leadership, conveying key updates and recommendations to facilitate strategic planning and resource allocation. Uphold compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure operational integrity. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team while mentoring staff to achieve professional growth and heightened performance.

Supervise all front desk activities to deliver outstanding guest experiences, promptly address any concerns raised by visitors, and maintain a high standard of personalized service throughout their stay.

Provide strategic direction and foster a positive work environment by overseeing team performance, organizing work schedules, and facilitating professional development through structured training programs.

Operations oversight involves ensuring the monitoring, maintenance, and delivery of food services to uphold established quality standards consistently.

Provides support in budget development, monitors expenditures, and enhances the efficiency of resource distribution.

Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain compliance at all times.

Provide assistance in the organization and implementation of special events, conferences, and recreational activities.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is mandatory. Experience with project management methodologies is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a must. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent discipline are encouraged to apply.

Seeking a candidate with three to five years of leadership experience in hospitality or resort management, overseeing teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication, and problem-solving is required, along with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively.

Proficiency in property management systems and hospitality software is essential.

Capable of accommodating varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
